The ring tour that we propose to you here develops along low traffic roads and into our hills, where the famous white wine Verdicchio is produced.
Starting from Jesi, we’ll go to the village “San Paolo di Jesi” and then to the Staffolo village, where we’ll arrive becoming familiar with our hilly territory.
After that, we’ll continue the journey that is mostly made by uphill slopes but not so prohibitive. We’ll go to Colognola, another place famous for wine productions.
Going on cycling, we’ll arrive to the artificial lake of Castreccioni, into green countryside and with a landscape facing more near to a mountain look. Here we’ll do a short break to enjoy some relaxing time along the embankments of the lake seeing the San Vicino Mount in the landscape.
Rested and recharged, we’ll restart to cycle again in the direction of Apiro, a hilly village full of history and rural culture. Then we’ll go on our way up to the next stage: the village of Cupramontana, cradle of the wine “Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi”.
From Cupramontana resume the tour with the purpose that a little over 15 km are missed before arriving in Jesi, crossing the villages of Maiolati Spontini, Monte Roberto and Castelbellino, characteristic places in Vallesina.

How choose tour and the correct bike for it?
The premise is: haven’t got the appropriate bike shouldn’t be a reason to give up. There is always a solution!
Anyway, the difference between “street bike” or “off” always remains. Therefore, in order to facilitate understanding what is the best bike for every tour, we can identify bike in the following categories:
MOUNTAIN BIKE: these bikes prefer roads and paths. They have knobby shells, gearbox with short reports to tackle even the toughest climbs, suspension and hydraulic disc brakes;
ROAD BIKES: they are projected for speed with compact geometries that make them extremely responsive to each push on the pedals. They also have thin tires and foster roads on asphalt;
GRAVEL: they are a compromise that combine some features and advantages of racing bike and mountain bikes. The tires are wider than road bikes and with tessellation, so they are good for unpaved and paved roads;
E-BIKE: it’s a good bike for everyone, but particularly appropriate to those who haven’t got a specific training. They are right for any type of road surface, but better for roads and paths.
Prices include the assistance of a certificated guide who guarantees security, knowledge of the Marche territory during all bike tour. Contact us and ask a quote; our offers are flexible and customizable.
